Edwards Interiors and Design Returns and Exchange Policy

At Edwards Interior Design, we are a small, business-owned company that takes immense pride in providing quality products to our clients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring that you are taken care of. Please review our returns and exchange policy below:

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Merchandise purchased directly from our design studio may be returned within 3 days of purchase with original receipt and must be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value on the same day in-store.

  • Items must be in good condition, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are handled as a return for store credit, which can then be applied toward the new item.

  • Returns and exchanges must be completed on the same day in-store.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Furniture, custom orders and items, bedding, sale items, final sale merchandise, and delivery fees are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Please bring the items and your receipt to our studio within the 3-day window.

  • Once we verify the condition of the returned items, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If an item is received damaged or defective, please notify us via email within 24hours of receipt.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue store credit, depending on the situation.

5. Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all purchases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
